Return window

You can ask to return or exchange the product within 30 days of the delivery date.

Conditions

• The product is in its original condition, with the box, all accessories and the manual.
• The product is not damaged by misuse, impact or water.
• You can prove the purchase (order number, or the phone number used to order).

If the product is faulty or not as described

• The return is free and we pay the return cost.
• We replace the product with a new one, or refund you in full. Your choice.

If you changed your mind

• You can still return within the same 30 days.
• The return is free here too: we pay the cost of sending the parcel back.

How to return

1. Send us a message (email, Instagram or Facebook) with your order number and the reason.
2. We arrange a pickup with the delivery company, or tell you the nearest drop-off point.
3. After we receive and check the product, we exchange it or refund you.

Refunds

We refund in cash or by transfer, within 7 working days of receiving and checking the product.

Warranty

The product has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover breakage, misuse or water damage.
