By using this site and sending an order, you agree to these terms.

Prices

• All prices are in Iraqi dinar (IQD) and include delivery.
• The price shown on the product page at the time of your order is the price that applies.
• We may change prices at any time. This does not affect orders already confirmed.

Order and confirmation

• Sending the form is a purchase request, not a final contract.
• The order becomes final after we confirm it with you by phone.
• We may refuse or cancel any order that is incomplete, fake, or against these terms.

Payment

Cash on delivery only. We never ask for advance payment or bank card details.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships: tell our team on the confirmation call, or send us a message (email, Instagram or Facebook).

Using the product

The product is a home massage device for comfort and relaxation. It is not a medical device, it does not treat or diagnose any illness, and it does not replace advice from a doctor. Read the safety notes on the product page before use, especially if you use a pacemaker or are pregnant.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not responsible for damage caused by using the product against the instructions or the safety notes.

Applicable law

These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any dispute is settled amicably first, then before the competent Iraqi courts.
