We respect your privacy. This page explains in plain words what we collect and why.

Data we collect

When you fill in the order form: full name, phone number, governorate, area or nearest landmark, and your order details.

Automatically when you visit: IP address, device and browser type, language, the page you landed on, and where the visit came from (for example a Google ad and its click IDs gclid, gbraid, wbraid, and utm link tags).

While you browse: the date and time of each visit, whether it is your first visit or a return, the pages, sections and photos you view, the buttons you tap, how far you scroll, the steps of the order form, how fast the page loaded on your device, and your approximate city from your IP address.

If you answer our short question after ordering (“How did you hear about us?”), we save your answer with the order.

We never collect bank data, because payment is cash on delivery.

Why we collect it

To confirm and deliver your order.
To contact you about your order.
To stop fake and duplicate orders.
To measure our ads and know which ad brought the order.
To know when visits from different browsers or devices belong to the same person: by the phone number you type, the same ad click, or matching the IP address with the browser type and screen size at nearly the same time. We use this only for our own statistics and to measure our ads.
To understand what helps visitors and improve the site and its speed.

Cookies

We use our own first-party cookies only (no other site can read them):

sh_vid: a random visitor number, for up to 400 days, to know if you are a new or returning visitor.
sh_sid: the current visit, ends after 30 minutes without activity.
sh_src: where your visit came from (such as an ad click ID), for up to 90 days, to know which ad led to an order.
sh_lang: set only when you switch from Arabic to English, for up to 400 days, so we show you English pages.
Google cookies: to measure ad performance.

We also keep a temporary copy of the form and of unsent events in your browser, so your order is not lost if the internet drops.

You can delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

The delivery company: your name, phone and address, only to deliver your order.
Google (Google Ads): order completion data (order number, value, time, ad click ID). We may also send your phone number hashed (SHA-256) to measure ads. It is scrambled before sending, is never sent in readable form, and is used only to match your order to an ad.

Browsing data (visits and events) stays with us and is not shared with anyone.

By sending your order you agree to this limited sharing. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep order data as long as needed for delivery, warranty, and legal and accounting duties, then delete it or make it anonymous.

Your rights

At any time you can ask us to:

give you a copy of your personal data,
correct or delete your data,
stop using your number for marketing contact.

Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to order data is limited to staff who need it to complete your order.

Children

This site is not aimed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
