Delivery is free

Delivery is free to all 19 Iraqi governorates. There are no extra fees: the price on the page is the amount you pay.

Order confirmation

After you send your order, we call you within 24 hours on the number you gave, to confirm the order and your address. If we cannot reach you, we try 3 times over two days, then the order is cancelled.

Delivery time

• Everywhere in Iraq: 24 to 48 hours after we confirm the order.

Public holidays or events outside our control (weather, closed roads) can add delay.

Cash on delivery

You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. We never ask for advance payment or bank card details.

When your order arrives

Check that the parcel is sealed and that the product is what you ordered. If something is wrong, do not accept the parcel and send us a message (email, Instagram or Facebook).

Delivery area

We deliver inside Iraq only. We do not ship outside Iraq.
