How to use

1Fit the blades in the steel bowl and add the food in medium pieces. Remove any bones from the meat.
2Close the lid, place the motor on top, then plug it in.
3Pick a speed: slow for a coarse chop, fast for a fine mince. Press in short bursts and check.
4Unplug, lift off the motor and lid, and spoon the food out.
5Wash the bowl and blades. Only wipe the motor with a dry cloth.
